The Call of Duty Endowment is a 501(c)(3) non-profit private foundation supported by Activision. To date, the Endowment has awarded more than $97 million in grants to non-profits that demonstrate the highest level of effectiveness, efficiency and integrity in placing veterans in quality jobs. The Endowment’s rigorous grantee selection process has allowed it to achieve an average cost-per-placement of <$646 compared to the $9,690 spent by the U.S. government. In addition to providing funding to the highest performing veterans’ employment organizations, the Endowment partners with its grantees to provide advice and support aimed at helping them sharpen their already top-notch skills.
Established in 2009, the Call of Duty Endowment has funded placements of more than 150,000 US and UK veterans to date. The Manager will be responsible for raising funds to support the Endowment’s mission in the US and UK and will partner closely with Activision partnerships, commercial, and product teams to develop and execute programs that attract new financial supporters.
Your Mission:
As the Manager, Call of Duty Endowment Development and Partnerships, you will drive and be accountable for all fundraising efforts for the Endowment and will report to the Endowment’s Senior Director.
Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
- Develop and execute a fundraising plan and pipeline to meet financial and operational goals through in-game items, corporate partnerships, other foundations, and events
- Report regularly to the Endowment team on progress against goal and leverage the team for assistance when needed
- Build internal and external relationships to enable expanding revenue generation
- Lead outreach to prospective supporters through compelling, accurate, timely, and on-brand communications
- Leverage unique assets to expand existing fundraising platforms and develop new ones with attention to projected effort vs. anticipated impact
- Work effectively with cross-functional Activision teams including Partnerships, Sales, Product Management, Consumer Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, CRM and Communications to ensure commitments to supporters are met
- Exhibit responsibility, creativity and integrity in all actions
Player Profile:
This role is ideal for someone currently successful in a revenue generation role seeking purpose. The successful candidate must possess unquestionable character and absolute integrity, be a proven revenue generator with analytical, operational and communications skills, strong attention to detail, initiative, planning and critical thinking skills, and be a hands-on collaborator.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue generation roles and corporate partnerships with demonstrated incremental revenue gains
- Experience planning and implementing long- and short-range revenue initiatives in conjunction with strategic planning
- Experience collaborating within a large organization
- Proven history of sourcing, negotiating, securing, and activating brand partnerships
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to conduct research, gather data, analyze information, and prepare effective, accurate, and timely reports and other documents to support revenue objectives
- Highly developed planning, financial projection, deck creation and presentation skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and experience in driving fulfillment of partner commitments and other complex activities

- Create a realistic but aggressive revenue plan executable within the team’s existing capacity and aligned with strategy
- Create a robust prospect pipeline to support the plan
- Generate at least $2M in partnership revenue

Pay Range:
In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $97,200.00 - $179,900.00 Annual. These values reflect expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Specific range and offer will be based on experience, performance, and work location. Employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (not guaranteed). New hire compensation is negotiable.
