    Job Description

We are seeking a UX Researcher to drive player-centric research initiatives that shape the design and development of our games. In this role, you will orchestrate end-to-end research processes—from planning to post-launch analysis—ensuring insights to drive intuitive and engaging player experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Research Planning: Align test schedules with development roadmaps, prioritizing playtests based on project risks and team needs (design, QA, production).
    - Test Preparation: Design comprehensive scenarios/tools for mixed-method studies (qualitative/quantitative); ensure build stability and recruit optimal tester cohorts.
    - Logistics Coordination: Manage end-to-end playtest operations (resources, locations, payments) while maintaining compliance with research goals.
    - Data Gathering: Conduct real-time player interviews (IDI), behavioral observations, and telemetry analysis; identify non-obvious UX patterns and hypotheses.
    - Session Leadership: Proactively resolve conflicts during tests, adapt to dynamic issues, and ensure efficient data collection.
    - Analysis & Reporting: Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics into actionable insights; deliver audience-tailored reports to design/dev teams.
    - Post-Launch Monitoring: Track live UX issues, prioritize fixes, and measure impact of implemented solutions.

    Requirements:
    - 4+ years in UX research experience in games.
    Proven Skills:
+ End-to-end playtest coordination (logistics, moderation, analysis).
+ Advanced qualitative methods (in-depth interviews, behavioral pattern detection).
+ Quantitative data interpretation (telemetry, surveys, A/B tests).
    - Collaborative Mindset: Bridge communication between design, development, and production teams.
    - Problem-Solving: Balance technical constraints with UX improvements when proposing recommendations.
    - Fluent English (C1) and Polish (B1/B2).
    - Passion for Games: Deep understanding of player psychology and gaming trends.

    Pluses:

    • Experience with Unreal EngineBackground in statistical analysis (e.g., R, Python).
    • Certification in UX research. Education in psychology, interaction design, or a related field.

    We Offer:
    - Flexible Work Hours: Core hours 10:00 – 15:00.
    - Hybrid Work Model: 3 days in-office, up to 2 days remote.
    - Private Healthcare & Life Insurance.
    - Co-financed Multisport Cards.
    - English Lessons.
    - Relocation Bonus (optional).
    - No Crunch, No Non-Compete Policy.
    - Pet-Friendly Office.
    - Co-financed Conferences/Workshops (treated as work days).

    Submission Instructions:
    - CV: Required.
    - Cover Letter: Optional.
    - Test: Must be willing to complete a technical test if requested.
