    Job Description

    What We Want to See:

    • Experience working in a distributed team;

    • Experience with task trackers (Asana/Jira);

    • Basic understanding of mobile midcore/hardcore project development pipeline;

    • Skill in working with Gantt.

    Cool-to-have Skills:

    • Relevant experience in GameDev from 2 years;

    • Knowledge of Agile approach (Scrum/Kanban);

    • Experience working on a F2P project in release;

    • Experience leading teams of 50 people or more;

    • Game experience on MMO projects;

    • Knowledge of English at B2 level;

    Responsibilities:

    • Optimize existing processes within/between departments and implement new ones;

    • Plan version/features/implementations development along with leads and other PMs;

    • Identify risks, find problem areas and optimize them;

    • Set up and improve communication processes within the team;

    • Participate in product roadmap together with leads and Product Owner;

    • Work with task tracker, Gantt chart, documentation;

    • Assign tasks to performers.
