What We Want to See:
Experience working in a distributed team;
Experience with task trackers (Asana/Jira);
Basic understanding of mobile midcore/hardcore project development pipeline;
Skill in working with Gantt.
Cool-to-have Skills:
Relevant experience in GameDev from 2 years;
Knowledge of Agile approach (Scrum/Kanban);
Experience working on a F2P project in release;
Experience leading teams of 50 people or more;
Game experience on MMO projects;
Knowledge of English at B2 level;
Responsibilities:
Optimize existing processes within/between departments and implement new ones;
Plan version/features/implementations development along with leads and other PMs;
Identify risks, find problem areas and optimize them;
Set up and improve communication processes within the team;
Participate in product roadmap together with leads and Product Owner;
Work with task tracker, Gantt chart, documentation;
Assign tasks to performers.
