As our LiveOps Game Designer, you’ll drive the creation and execution of content updates, in-game events, and monetization features that keep players engaged. You’ll work closely with design, production, and analytics teams to optimize LiveOps strategies, ensuring regular, high-impact updates that enhance player experience and retention. Your experience in LiveOps will be essential in delivering a dynamic and evolving player experience.
How you will make an impact
Plan and request assets for LiveOps content, coordinating their delivery to players through a structured LiveOps calendar.
Manage LiveOps feature updates, ensuring smooth execution of new content, seasonal events, and limited-time game modes.
Own and expand LiveOps features related to monetization, ensuring updates align with player engagement and revenue goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and adapt to the evolving game economy, keeping LiveOps strategies effective in a fast-growing project.
Rework features for mobile, leveraging UI/UX and Figma experience to enhance user experience.
Support LiveOps feature implementation, assisting with tuning and adjustments based on community feedback and analytics.
Engage with analytics and community insights, helping refine content based on player feedback and performance data.
Develop and test LiveOps strategies by proposing theories and working closely with the data team to validate ideas through player data and performance insights.
Support technical tuning, working alongside engineers to implement and test content-driven features.
Your Character Build
4+ years of experience as a LiveOps Game Designer, LiveOps Manager, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of LiveOps workflows, especially for mobile games with frequent updates.
Familiarity with monetization and economy systems, with the ability to compare and analyze models in different games.
Excellent organizational skills, with experience managing content pipelines and collaborating across departments.
Ability to explain reasoning behind your ideas and solutions
Bonus: UI/UX and Figma experience for feature iteration and improvements.
Bonus: Technical background or experience working with game analytics.
Bonus: Experience engaging with community insights, surveys, and feedback-driven design.
