Job Description

The Mentor plays a key role in supporting students and staff by providing guidance, feedback, and structure in the learning process. The role requires independence, strong project management skills, and the ability to take responsibility without the need for constant detailed instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support students in their learning and professional development.

  • Act as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, responsibility, and initiative.

  • Plan, organize, and follow up on activities in a structured and reliable manner.

  • Collaborate with Head of Educations, teachers, coordinators, and industry representatives to ensure quality and relevance in education.

  • Provide constructive feedback and contribute to problem-solving where challenges arise.

  • Assess and grade student assignments in accordance with course requirements and guidelines.

  • Work in the designated collaboration platforms and deliver tasks according to deadlines. If delivery cannot be met, this must be escalated to the Head of Education.

  • Report progress, challenges, and outcomes regularly to the Head of Education to ensure transparency and alignment.

  • Allocate time effectively between student interaction, grading, assessment, administration, and meetings, in consultation with the Head of Education.

  • Maintain clear communication and set expectations in line with Futuregames’ values and standards.

Required Competence and Qualities:

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently and follow through to completion.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented, able to take responsibility without needing step-by-step instructions.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and engagement with students and colleagues.

  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and handle multiple processes simultaneously.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and contributing to the success of both students and the school.

This is a part time job, ca. 20h/week, on-site presence is required at school: Jagiellonska 74, 03-301 Warsaw.

Start date: October 6, 2025, or by agreement
