We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Finance and lead a small Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. You will play a key role in driving financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, while supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
This role exists to turn financial reporting into actionable insights that drive the business, while continuously improving, automating, and optimizing financial processes.
What success looks like in the first 6-12 months:
- 6 months goal: Streamline monthly management reporting: Own, optimize and automate the monthly reporting process to provide the management financial deck with key business messages and insights, achieving zero mistakes in numbers and shortening the reporting deadline to 8 days after month-end.
- 6 months goal: Cash Flow Reporting & Analysis: Implement tools and processes to provide accurate, timely, and actionable management cash flow reports, while delivering a clear narrative of what happened during the period and key insights to guide future actions.
- 12 months goal: Demonstrate Business Understanding & Strategic Direction: Develop a profound understanding of the business, its strategic priorities and financial performance and translate these insights into the annual Budget 2027 presentation with financial storytelling for stakeholders (under the guidance of the VP of Finance).

Responsibilities:
- Provide Monthly Management Reporting (including business narration, comments and deviations to the Budget/Forecast in the area of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow)
- Accountable for creating, updating, and maintaining financial models to provide detailed Budgets and periodic Forecasts
- Prepare Management Presentation for the budgeting processes
- Support month-end closing processes
- Recommend changes to improve financial performance and processes across the finance team
- Development of new controlling tools that will bring automation and efficiency improvement
- Performing the profitability analysis of investment projects
- Accountable for the Treasury area (including hedging policy)
- Support financial projects and other ad-hoc duties in accordance with management needs
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, financial controlling and analysis
- In-depth knowledge of relevant IFRS accounting principles
- Deep understanding of P&L / Balance Sheet / Cash Flow
- Experience in preparing management presentation and providing key narrative to the financial performance
- Deep understanding of FX impact in the multi-currency global businesses operations
- Good understanding of general tax processes and rules
- Minimum 5 years of team management experience
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, ability to easily communicate in English
- A black belt in MS Office (Excel). Knowledge of Power Query would be a significant plus
- Desire to take ownership of the processes and ensure performance of tasks of the team
- Coordination, planning and organization skills - proven ability to prioritize workload to meet critical deadlines
- Positive attitude, capable of inspiring and motivating the team to address challenges proactively
