About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team at GOG. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Finance and lead a small Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. Your mission is to turn financial reporting into actionable insights that drive the business, while continuously improving, automating, and optimizing financial processes.

Success in the First 6–12 Months

• 6 months goal: Streamline monthly management reporting by owning, optimizing, and automating the process to deliver an accurate financial deck with key business messages within 8 days after month-end.
• 6 months goal: Implement tools and processes for accurate, timely, and actionable cash flow reports, delivering a clear narrative of period performance and insights for future actions.
• 12 months goal: Develop a deep understanding of the business and strategic priorities, translating insights into the annual Budget 2027 presentation with financial storytelling for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide monthly management reporting (including commentary and deviations versus Budget/Forecast for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow).
• Create, update, and maintain financial models for detailed Budgets and periodic Forecasts.
• Prepare management presentations for budgeting processes.
• Support month-end closing processes.
• Recommend improvements to financial performance and processes across the finance team.
• Develop new controlling tools to bring automation and efficiency improvements.
• Perform profitability analysis of investment projects.
• Own the Treasury area, including hedging policy.
• Support financial projects and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, controlling, and analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS accounting principles.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Experience preparing management presentations and financial narratives.
• Deep understanding of FX impact in multi-currency global operations.
• Familiarity with general tax processes and rules.
• Minimum 5 years of team management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel); Power Query is a plus.
• Ownership mindset and ability to ensure team performance.
• Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
