Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage the day-to-day work of the Marketing Art Team.
Maintain GOG’s visual identity, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Oversee artwork production for promotions, products, and branding.
Ensure timely delivery of assets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with publishing, marketing, and design teams.
Solve production bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
Mentor marketing artists, providing guidance and professional growth opportunities.
Hands-on design work, including key visuals and promotional assets.
Support any additional tasks as required by management.
Job Requirements:
7+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
Mastery of Adobe CC tools and advanced photo manipulation skills.
Advanced video editing skills.
Experience in team coordination and leading creative projects.
Ability to balance speed, efficiency, and quality.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Passion for gaming and understanding of brand marketing.
Experience and love for what AI brings to the profession.
Pluses:
Experience in UI/UX principles.
Previous work in the gaming industry.
