Were now hiring a Product Management Lead to drive the continued success of one of our biggest titles. Depending on your experience, were open to hiring at Principal level as well.

This is a key role, and strong people leadership skills will be a big plus  whether you're already leading product teams or ready to step into that responsibility soon.

How will you make an impact with us?:

  • Mentor, provide actionable feedback and champion the adoption of best practices among the product managers (PMs)  lateral leadership is highly valued in this role. Be a role model of excellence in product development, feature design and game optimizations. Demonstrate exceptional mastery of product management craft.
  • Utilize data to create accurate ROI estimates and evaluate performance, supporting strategic investment decisions. Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities within the product lifecycle, proactively developing mitigation strategies and new initiatives.
  • Live and breathe KPIs, deeply understanding player behavior, monetization, market data, and A/B test results to make informed, value-oriented decisions on the product roadmap. Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with Production, Content, UI, Monetization and Economy to deliver compelling features. Contribute to and support the go-to-market strategy for new features and product launches, working closely with Marketing.
  • Analyze competitor games, market and trends, and apply this information to build optimal features, as well as to recommend new tools and methods of work for the Product department.
  • Drive excellence in A/B testing (alongside Analytics) and in iterative product improvement. Possess a strong understanding of game development processes and technical considerations to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Be a voice of the player, balancing business goals with player experience, keeping close links to VIP and Player Services.

Job requirements:

This is the right job for you if you have:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, as well as proven track record of managing and optimizing live service games, including feature iteration and event management.
  • A strong understanding of KPIs and game design systems driving user retention, engagement and monetization, combined with deep expertise in free-to-play monetization strategies, virtual economy design, and in-app purchase optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute against ambitious goals.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics (dashboards, pivot tables, queries) and A/B testing to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
  • Strong sense of ownership of initiatives and the ability to champion them in an organization, together with a demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with strategic thinking and effective execution.
  • PM-skills-mentoring experience and leadership potential  were looking for someone who can support others and help them develop.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
