We are looking for an experienced Art Lead to join our team for an exciting slot game development project. In this role, you will oversee the visual direction, manage the art team, and ensure the final product aligns with the creative vision and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of art pipelines and the ability to evaluate and optimize processes specific to gambling projects.
• Proven industry experience as an Art Lead, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing projects where you held a leadership role.
• Strong artistic skills and a solid understanding of game art production, including 2D and/or 3D assets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Passion for delivering visually stunning and engaging gaming experiences.

Main task pool:

• Oversee and manage the entire art pipeline, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout production.
• Evaluate and assess the artistic scope and requirements of gambling-related projects.
• Lead and mentor the art team, providing guidance and support to achieve high standards of creativity and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to align artistic vision with project goals.
• Ensure that the visual direction and style of the projects are maintained consistently across all assets.
