We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our amazing team at Murka. In this role, you’ll drive high-budget performance marketing campaigns, working closely with creative, analytics, and product teams. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in mobile web marketing, deep knowledge of user behavior in real-money gaming, and a passion for data-driven growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Facebook UA campaigns for Murka’s mobile web sweepstakes product—plan, execute, scale. 
- Optimize performance toward key metrics (CPI, CTR, ROAS, LTV) with a strong focus on intent-based user behavior and funnel analysis. 
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve acquisition efficiency. 
- Collaborate with Creative teams to develop impactful, high-performing ad concepts tailored to the casino and sweepstakes audience. 
- Work closely with Product & Monetization to align campaigns with product updates, promotions, and lifecycle events. 
- Partner with Analytics to assess campaign performance and generate actionable insights. 
- Stay ahead of industry trends, Facebook algorithm changes, and competitor strategies in the sweepstakes and RMG space. 
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a core focus on Facebook UA – Must 
- Proven success in mobile web campaigns, particularly in sweepstakes or real-money gaming – Must 
- Deep experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user intent analysis – Must 
- Strong grasp of media buying fundamentals, campaign structuring, and Facebook Ads Manager 
- Analytical mindset, with fluency in attribution tools (e.g., Adjust) and data platforms (Excel, Tableau, etc.) 
- Effective cross-functional collaborator – proven ability to work with Product, Creative, and Data teams 
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset 
- Passion for gaming, digital trends, and user behavior psychology 
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) 
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (preferred) 
Nice to Have:
- Experience with retargeting or marketing automation flows for mobile web 
- Knowledge of CRM and monetization mechanics (VIP programs, reactivation strategies, etc.) 
- Familiarity with sweepstakes compliance and regulated marketing environments
