      As the Monetization Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective monetization strategies for our mobile game.

      You will lead a talented team of monetization managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize in-game business KPIs and revenue streams.

      This role requires a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry, a strategic mindset, and excellent leadership skills.

      Responsibilities:

      • Act as a focal point for monetization matters within the studio
      • Lead the monetization manager’s daily promotion routines alongside long-term planning to maximize player engagement and revenue.
      • Be in constant awareness of our KPIs and find creative solutions for meeting and exceeding them.
      • Manage processes, identify potential issues or obstacles, raise flags and find the best ways and solutions to approach them.
      • Ensure the quality and uniformity of the content being deployed.
      • Monitor, analyze, and conclude every event
      • Manage a diversified team, with various subject manners (Monetization, CRM etc.)
      • Balance revenue goals with the delivery of a positive and engaging user experience.
      • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging monetization models

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in mobile gaming monetization role, with a track record of successfully implementing and optimizing revenue strategies
      • Strong analytical skills
      • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
      • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
      • Work experience in a LiveOps Management role
      • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, and proactive by nature.
      • Attentive, autonomous, detail-oriented, and resourceful - Identifies potential blockers to the process and solves them independently
      • Understands the game’s KPIs, business values and is an expert in pricing methodologies.
      • A strong interest in casual gaming, familiarity with free to play game economy, and our games specifically
