RESPONSIBILITIES
profiling and optimizing networking server-side performance
refining and minimizing cost of replication
optimizing high cost of AI and character movement component for hundreds of NPCs
reducing spikes in single-threaded server environment.
REQUIREMENTS
client-server and networking expertise in Unreal Engine 4/5
experience with debugging, profiling and optimizing dedicated servers
familiarity with AI and character movement component running server-side
fluent English.
