Position:
- Art Director / Brand Manager
Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and creative Art Director / Brand Manager to join our team, responsible for both brand partnerships and the development of advertising content for our mobile game, Geolocation Monopoly World. In this role, you will blend creative leadership with strategic business acumen to craft innovative brand integrations and impactful ads that enhance the player experience and contribute to the commercial success of the game.
- This is a unique opportunity for a creative visionary with experience in mobile gaming, advertising, and brand partnerships to lead both artistic direction and business development efforts, ensuring that our game is represented authentically and compellingly across all major platforms.
Location and working model:
- Work on-site, Monday through Friday, in a one-of-a-kind office located in a historic railway station in the heart of Kraków's old town. Relocation package provided for candidates coming from outside Kraków.
Key Responsibilities:

Creative Concept Development & Leadership:
- Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Product, and business development teams to translate brand partnerships into in-game integrations and ad campaigns.
- Lead ideation and development of ad concepts for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Oversee creation of co-branded in-game content aligned with Monopoly World and partner brands.

Visual Design & Execution:
- Direct production of high-quality ad assets, including dynamic video ads with motion graphics.
- Provide creative direction for in-game elements to ensure visual consistency with the game's brand aesthetic and partner requirements.
- Review and approve creative assets, maintaining quality and brand guideline adherence.

Strategic Collaboration & Business Representation:
- Represent the company at global brand, gaming, and technology conferences.
- Lead international meetings with brand stakeholders and agencies; negotiate terms and align on objectives.
- Work with external creative agencies and internal teams (marketing, user acquisition, analytics) for cohesive ad campaigns.

Data-Driven Performance Optimization:
- Lead A/B testing and performance analysis for ad creatives and use insights to refine advertising strategies and brand integrations.
- Manage budgets for brand partnerships and advertising, balancing production quality and cost-efficiency.

Innovation & Trend Adaptation:
- Stay up to date on trends in mobile gaming, digital advertising, and brand partnerships; apply innovative formats such as AR or interactive experiences.
- Continuously refresh ad creatives and partnership elements to keep them relevant.

Brand Consistency & Quality Control:
- Ensure all brand partnership initiatives align with Monopoly World brand guidelines and partner standards.
Incorporate player feedback and market insights into ad campaigns and partnership integrations for continuous improvement.
Job requirements:
- Proven track record as an Art Director.
- Experience with strategy games on mobile platforms is highly preferred.
- Expertise in working with both in-house and outsourced art teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of mobile gaming audiences and user preferences.
