Work location:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in a one-of-a-kind office located in a beautifully historic railway station in the heart of Kraków's old town. Work Monday through Friday alongside a passionate and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design cinematic-quality visuals, including animated cityscapes, maps, and character movements.
• Develop engaging promotional materials for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Create immersive gameplay animations integrated with real-time geolocation data.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and marketers to enhance the game's visual identity.
• Optimize animations and videos for various platforms, ensuring top-notch quality and performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: A self-reliant, experienced specialist with strong skills in executing briefs and effectively communicating work progress to stakeholders. 3–5 years of commercial experience in the industry.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Experience with tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max is a strong advantage.
• Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing high-quality motion design projects. Gaming or mobile app-related work is a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Proven ability to create and optimize dynamic video ads, VFX, and 3D animations for professional campaigns.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong team player capable of contributing to shared workflows and fostering creative synergy.
