About the Role:
Location: Kraków – On-site (office only)
Contract: Full-time
We’re looking for a hands-on, fast-moving Performance Creative Producer to manage the end-to-end production of performance ads for Monopoly World. This is a pure production role — operational, quick, and quality-driven. You must thrive on speed and be able to get great ads produced within 24–48 hours.
Why this role matters:
Monopoly World’s growth relies heavily on top-performing creatives. Your work will be directly responsible for scaling global user acquisition. Work happens in our Kraków office alongside the creative, production, and UA teams. Join us full-time at our office in the heart of Kraków.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source UGC creators, editors, animators, and designers worldwide.
- Negotiate pricing and deadlines for ad production.
- Lead fast and effective calls with creators and production partners.
- Give clear briefs and sharp, actionable feedback.
- Evaluate creative quality — understand what performs and why.
- Coordinate designers, animators, video editors, and copywriters.
- Manage deadlines, priorities, and delivery pipelines.
- Work closely with User Acquisition on creative testing.
- Maintain processes, templates, and structure for creative production.
- Deliver assets in all required formats (Meta, TikTok, Google, Webshop).
- Track trends in mobile gaming creatives and generate new ideas.
Job Requirements:
- Experience producing performance marketing ads (gaming, mobile, UGC, or e-commerce).
- Strong ability to work quickly and efficiently with global creators.
- Excellent creative judgment and understanding of what makes ads convert.
- Clear communicator — precise calls, sharp feedback, strong briefs.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under time pressure.
- Very good English (spoken and written).
- Bonus: experience in UA, video editing, TikTok Ads, or Meta Ads.
