About us:
Reality Metaverse is a Web3/GameFi ecosystem. We build and scale:
- games (including Telegram mini-apps like Reality Rush)
- WNFTs and the RMV token (utility, rewards, events)
- a global community of players and investors (AMAs, contests, airdrops, referral campaigns). We move fast, iterate with product/dev, and explain Web3 in a friendly way for newcomers.
Responsibilities:
Social Media (≈60%):
- Plan and publish content on X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube/Shorts, TikTok, Instagram.
- Manage editorial calendar, short copy (EN), collaboration with designers (briefs/feedback) and communication with moderators (pinning, hygiene, priorities).
- Community moderation and quick responses (Q&A, pinned updates).
- Basic analytics: reach, ER, channel growth, CTR (weekly/monthly reports).
Live Ops / Community Events (≈40%):
- Co-host AMAs, X Spaces, Discord Stages, livestreams (OBS/Restream — training provided).
- Community activations: contests, quests/challenges, airdrops, mini-tournaments.
- Operational support for drops/announcements (rules, anti-spam, prize allocation).
- Collect feedback, maintain FAQ, surface quick wins to product.
Job requirements:
- No prior experience required — students and career starters welcome (onboarding provided).
- English C1 (spoken & written) for live hosting and copy. Polish not required.
- Confident with Telegram/Discord/X and up to date with social trends.
- Strong organization, proactivity, and an owner mindset.
- No bot knowledge required to start.
Nice to have:
- Interest in gaming and blockchain/Web3.
- Willingness to host/co-host live sessions.
- Basic design/video skills (Canva, CapCut/Premiere) — a plus.
Growth path after 12 months:
Mentorship and a chosen specialization: Graphic / Content Designer, Developer (Web/mini-apps/automation), Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager, Community Lead / Live Ops Producer.
