We are seeking a Compliance Officer to support tasks related to customer onboarding, customer risk assessments, licence applications and renewals, as well as the creation and maintenance of corporate documentation. The successful candidate will join the Compliance and Regulatory team, playing a key role in ensuring that RubyPlay’s clients’ Due Diligence status remains fully compliant across all jurisdictions where the company currently operates, and assisting with compliance tasks related to licence applications and reporting procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of tasks related to Due Diligence collection for B2C and B2B clients, authorities, and payment service providers (inbound and outbound)
- Execution of tasks related to the risk assessment of international clients
- Preparation and collection of documents for licencing applications and ownership of all licences’ maintenance activities
- Maintenance of documentation and corporate/regulatory compliance database containing requirements and regulated markets information
- Collaborate with the Regulatory and Licencing Compliance Manager on departmental tasks
- Collaboration in reporting activities to authorities and other stakeholders
- Assist with policy updates and procedures
- Support internal teams with replies to regulatory compliance and Due Diligence queries
- Be highly involved in audit activities related to regulatory compliance matters
- Promote a compliance culture within the organization
- Assist with other ad-hoc compliance-related tasks when required
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in iGaming, ideally in compliance roles including Due Diligence processes and licencing regulations in multiple jurisdictions
- Technical knowledge and experience to work comfortably with systems workflows alongside analysts and developers
- Enthusiastic team player with strong relationship management and communication skills
- High attention to detail and openness to feedback
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Experience working with an iGaming game provider
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com and Excel
- Economics or Law degree
- Compliance courses
- Due Diligence training
