Responsibilities

  1. Full Cycle of recruitment:

  • Requirements gathering from hiring managers, assisting with job descriptions;

  • Search through all possible sources, from LinkedIn to Artstation and Telegram chats;

  • Interviewing candidates, assessing their softskills, general understanding of their technical background;

  • Negotiating and discussing job-offers;

  • Interaction with lawyers and administrative team on possible options for candidate processing.

  1. Candidates database maintenance in Huntflow;

  2. Partnership building with hiring managers - for us, a recruiter is not just a person who closes vacancies, but an important consultant for the business.

  3. Employment market analytics;

  4. Assistance in optimization and improvement of hiring processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT recruiting;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks;

  • High level of maturity, autonomy and ability to take responsibility for your results.

A plus will be:

  • Experience in gamedev or good understanding of the gamedev industry.
