What is this job all about?:

We're searching for a talented Community Manager with a passion for games and experience handling mobile gamers — someone eager to dive into social media and create exciting content on various platforms. If you want to help shape a globally launched game that's rapidly expanding and evolving, possess a strong sense of ownership, and excel at creating posts that inspire players to be more social, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What will you be doing?:

  • Create and publish engaging community content (posts, images, videos, reels, stories) to inform and entertain players;
  • Maintain constant interaction with our players via our games' social media profiles, encouraging discussion and engagement to contribute towards the growth of the community;
  • Analyze content performance, draw conclusions, and adapt strategies to optimize results;
  • Build and execute social media strategy to build good relationships with community members;
  • Respond to player feedback with empathy and professionalism, helping transform insights and issues into actionable ideas for the development team;
  • Plan and execute community-driven activations – challenges, contests, or events that strengthen player engagement and loyalty;
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in social media and gaming communities, analyze them, and turn insights into actionable content ideas;
  • Distribute communications for keeping players up to date on changes, upcoming features, fixes, and the development roadmap;
  • Monitor information about game issues and suggestions from players and report them to the team;
  • Follow what is happening in the team – know the schedule for releases, what the team is working on, and the plan for the future;
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Support and Marketing.

What are we looking for?:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online community or social channel management - Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, Discord;
  • Understanding of the listed social media platforms;
  • Ability to moderate and monitor discussions on social media platforms;
  • Good sense of trends – you naturally stay updated with new formats, meme culture, and popular themes;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Analytical mindset – ability to interpret community feedback, engagement data, and translate them into actionable improvements;
  • Ability to communicate with empathy and adapt tone based on player sentiment and context;
  • Ability to create your own graphics with help of existing assets and AI;
  • Ownership mindset with can-do attitude;
  • Fluent in English, verbally and in writing.

Amaze us with:

  • Experience in game dev community management;
  • Passion for storytelling and building engaging content;
  • Experience in working with a social media agency;
  • Experience with using AI and openness to learning and using AI-based tools (graphic, text, video) to support content creation;
  • Knowledge of a foreign language other than English;
  • Great knowledge of the gaming industry;
