What is this job all about?:

We're hunting for a Junior Product Specialist to join our adventure in Wrocław. If you thrive on creative challenges yet possess the discipline to analyze data and optimize results, this role is designed for you. We want someone who balances creativity with analytical precision, who can work within frameworks yet isn't afraid to push boundaries.

What will you be doing?:

• Manage and design challenging and satisfying events and activities for the players.
• Develop and improve the current formula of in-game events based on collected data.
• Define new goals to improve live ops strategy and scheduled in-game events.
• Create new efficient methods of monetization and optimization of revenues.
• Define monthly sales strategy and plan promotions to maximize virtual goods revenue.
• Analyze game metrics to identify opportunities for optimizing performance, including conversion, retention, churn, customer lifetime value.
• Cooperate with internal engineering teams to design new promotion formats and improve monetization tools while taking care of the game economy.
• Analyze the game industry, its products and market.
• Monitor business competitors.

Job requirements:

What are we looking for?

• 1+ years of working experience, preferably in online industry.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyze facts and draw conclusions.
• High level of initiative and result orientation, ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership.
• Good management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks concurrently.
• Knowledge of gaming industry, MMOs and other kinds of online games is beneficial.
• Passion for working in a performance-driven company with many opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
• Precision, scrupulousness, attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and a high-level of English (at least B2).
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, flexibility.

Location & working model:

Wrocław, Dolnośląskie, Poland. On-site, Hybrid (minimum 3 days a week in the Wroclaw office).
