Hi, we are Ten Square Games, and we live games! No, not a typo - but a level up from loving! We are on a mission of giving players excellent outdoor experiences on their mobiles. With global hits, such as Fishing Clash, we know how to make the best of technology, fun, and fair play. With 44 million users and 300+ people on board, we keep growing and learning, having the insatiable hunger for the next success. If you also like to explore the unknown and know how to own it, we want to work with you!

What is this job all about?

In the R&D team, our Analysts help improve the gaming experience for our players. You'll use numbers, insights, and strategy to work closely with different teams. As a data enthusiast, you'll turn data into recommendations for our Product Management colleagues. Whether you're analyzing data or sharing your findings with team leaders, you'll be a key player in enhancing the gaming world!

What will you be doing?

  • Collaborating with development and production teams to analyze key game metrics such as performance, retention, churn rate, and more;

  • Creating and optimizing tools and reports to enhance our product;

  • Defining KPIs and formulating hypotheses for A/B tests aimed at optimizing revenue throughout the entire player lifecycle;

  • Proactively sharing insights with the game team, recommending process improvements, and shaping analytics best practices;

  • Developing and maintaining user-friendly dashboards while supporting team members in using them effectively;

  • Initiating data-driven changes based on player behavior analysis;

  • Keeping product teams informed about player behaviors and key statistics.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in any kind of product analytical role (nice to have experience in an e-commerce sector and in the gaming industry);

  • High level of initiative and result orientation, ability to work independently, and a strong sense of ownership;

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL;

  • Data-driven critical thinker with analytical experience;

  • Background in scientific studies (computer science, mathematics, physics);

  • Strong problem-solving skills, adept at analyzing large datasets;

  • Passionate about the mobile gaming industry;

  • Prior experience using Tableau;

  • Fluent in Polish and English.

We know fitting all our criteria might be hard, as they describe the perfect candidate. However, we know nobody's perfect, so even if you don't fulfill one or two requirements, please apply anyway! We want to get to know you and see if you fit the bill.
