What is this job all about?

Are you passionate about games, growth, and user behavior? We're looking for a Growth Manager who will sit at the intersection of our Product and Growth teams. Your mission is to connect product development with marketing and monetization efforts, ensuring we launch and scale games that players love and that grow sustainably.

You’ll act as a bridge between developers, designers, UA managers, analysts, and monetization teams, ensuring alignment, feedback loops, and a data-informed approach to our game development and go-to-market strategies.

What will you be doing?

  • Be a growth advocate in the product team.
  • Define and implement marketing strategies across branding, product positioning, and growth initiatives to drive awareness, user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, UA, ASO, Creative, Influencer Marketing, Customer Service, Social Media and VIP teams to create high-impact campaigns and product growth.
  • Understand our games deeply and support both Product and Growth with feature planning, ad monetization and roadmap prioritization.
  • Identify target audiences, their needs, and how the product will meet those needs; bring a product perspective to the Growth Team strategy.
  • Work together with Growth Managers, share knowledge across products and functions, and ensure goals and incentives are aligned across all Product and Growth teams.

What are we looking for?

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in the gaming industry (similar roles: Brand Manager, Marketing Producer, Growth Manager, Marketing Manager).
  • Good understanding of UA metrics (you don’t have to be an expert in UA).
  • Experience building product marketing plans including audience segmentation & positioning, onboarding experiences, and go-to-market plans.
  • Passionate about mobile games and the mobile gaming market; you play mobile games obsessively.
