What is this job all about?:
We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join the Hunting Clash team, taking charge of the end-to-end creation of engaging and functional game experiences. If you're passionate about gaming, deeply understand UX principles, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is tailored for you.
What will you be doing?:
- Designing and implementing UX processes from scratch, introducing best practices in player experience design.
- Educating cross-functional teams on UX principles and the value of user research.
- Defining and standardizing UX workflows to improve collaboration across disciplines.
- Acting as an advocate of player-centered design, ensuring product decisions are guided by player needs.
- Creating foundational documentation and frameworks to support future features and streamline decision-making.
- Defining player jobs-to-be-done and journeys for upcoming features.
- Gathering and analyzing data to identify player problems and craft effective solutions.
- Experimenting with research techniques to strengthen the product discovery process.
- Researching the market and benchmarking competitors to uncover trends and insights that can enhance the game’s visual layer.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and artists to deliver relevant solutions.
- Producing prototypes and user flows for new features, iterating rapidly based on feedback and data.
- Conducting usability tests to validate and refine player experiences.
- Running studio-wide playtesting sessions across the Ten Square Games portfolio to collect and act on team feedback.
What are we looking for?:
- 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer in mobile game development.
- Hands-on experience in at least one full release cycle of a free-to-play mobile game.
- A specialist who can both challenge existing practices and establish new UX workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and bitmap-based graphic software.
- A portfolio showcasing UX work in mobile games.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup from Wrocław (minimum 3 days a week in office).
- Fluency in English.
- Comfortable in a low-structure environment, motivated by building processes from the ground up.
- A proactive professional, unafraid to question existing solutions and propose new approaches.

Location & Work mode:
