Yodo1 is looking for an AI product owner for our internal intelligence agent. This groundbreaking tool has transformed how our people work.

You are:

WHAT WE EXPECT:

You will:

1. Own, live and breathe our internal intelligence agent, code named “MIA.”
2. Collect user feedback and own product quality and evolution, providing prioritized updates for our automation engineer to implement.
3. Push the boundaries of MIA’s use cases, continuously collecting and sharing new use cases and best practices for company-wide use.
4. Drive adoption, aiming for maximum use of MIA’s potential by all individuals and teams.
5. Handle all day-to-day user support.
6. Proactively analyze MIA's performance metrics and conversation logs to identify patterns of failure and opportunities for improvement.

You must have:

• Proven success owning an AI-based product.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional and globally distributed teams, with the ability to inspire user adoption and change people’s behavior.
• Technical savvy; you know your way around technical product workflows.
• Experience with AI-specific troubleshooting, such as diagnosing hallucinations or context-retrieval errors.
• Passion for mobile games.

You might have:

• Basic coding skills; basic understanding of Python and automation flows.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and context engineering to optimize and enhance AI performance.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and their application.
• Experience working with tools such as Notion and n8n is a big plus.
• Experience working with teams across different locations, cultures, and time zones.
