Anshar Studios is looking for talented  Senior/Expert Tech Programmer to join our team on site in Katowice, Poland to help us develop games using Unreal Engine.

If you have a passion for game development and a strong background in Unreal Engine, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Supporting games development on current and next gen consoles.

• Implementing advanced systems and tools.

• Debugging Unreal Engine and game code.

• Implementing certification requirements.

• Identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks.

• Refactoring/rewriting the project code to adhere to specific platform needs.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of programming experience.

• C++ language proficiency.

• Unreal Engine proficiency.

• Exceptional debugging and profiling skills.

• Strong problem solving skills

• Good understading of game engines internals.

• Ability to work in large codebase.

• Experience with VCS (preferably Perforce)

• Intermediate English (B1/B2 level)

Pluses:

• Familiarity with new UE5 core features

• Familiarity with other programming languages (C#, Python, Java, C, Lua)

• Perforce Proficiency

• Passion for video games.

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
