We're on the hunt for a skilled QA Lead.

What are you working on?

• Genres: Puzzle, Casual
• Platforms: iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities):

• Take ownership of QA processes across all studio projects — both the current product and new developments
• Build and develop QA processes for multiple directions (main product, R&D, service)
• Plan release and regression testing, estimate timelines, and set priorities
• Lead the QA team: assign tasks, review test cases, support team development
• Oversee releases: manage CI builds, ensure final quality, analyze issues (crash, ANR, etc.)
• Collaborate with development, analytics, and support teams to resolve issues and clarify requirements
• Maintain and develop the knowledge base and test documentation (TestRail, Wiki/Confluence)
• Define testing strategy, estimate workloads, and prepare product quality reports
• Oversee integrations: payments, subscriptions, ad networks, and mediation
• Work with mobile QA tools (Unity, Charles Proxy, ADB, Xcode, Android Studio)

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of commercial experience in mobile game QA
• 1+ year of experience as a QA Lead or in a similar leadership role
• Proven experience in building and optimizing QA processes across multiple projects
• Hands-on experience with Unity and mobile QA tools (TestRail, Jira/Confluence, CI)
• Experience testing payments, subscriptions, and ad integrations
• Strong ability to plan testing timelines and priorities, and to estimate workloads
• Excellent communication skills: ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
• Proven leadership skills: ability to build a team, establish processes, and provide honest, constructive feedback
• English at intermediate level or higher
• Fluent Russian
