What is this job all about?

As a Translation & Localization Specialist, you will directly shape how players experience our games across different languages. Your work will make our titles sound natural, engaging, and consistent for diverse audiences worldwide. At the same time, you will have a direct impact on player experience in multiple languages, with plenty of opportunities to grow in the field of game localization. Youll join a collaborative environment where openness, knowledge-sharing, and feedback truly matter, and become part of a culture that values common goals and continuous learning.

What will you be doing?

  • Create, translate, and edit content for browser and mobile games (English  Polish);
  • Plan and coordinate localization-related tasks and projects;
  • Work closely with the localization team, product teams, and external vendors;
  • Support other teams with internationalization, localization, and translation tasks, sharing expertise and best practices;
  • Contribute to the implementation of the LQA strategy and plan;
  • Ensure the highest quality of localization by following and promoting good practices;
  • Identify and resolve localization-related issues in our games.

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent command of English (C1/C2);
  • Excellent command of Polish;
  • Experience in translation and/or localization projects;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
  • A quick learner, team player, and good communicator, focused on shared goals.

Amaze us with

  • Very good or native knowledge of other foreign languages;
  • Experience in game localization and/or UX writing;
  • Experience in testing;
  • Degree in linguistics or related field;
  • Knowledge of CAT tools, Google Workspace, and Jira/Confluence;
  • Passion for games;
  • Basic programming or localization engineering skills.

Location & working model

Hybrid: minimum 3 days a week in the Wrocław office.
