Job Description

We are currently looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of a mobile game during its live operations phase. This role involves working with analytics, game mechanics, and a cross-functional team — with a focus on stable product growth and the successful execution of planned initiatives. You will have the opportunity to influence the game’s development, propose improvements, and see the impact of your work reflected in the metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the growth of the product during its live phase: plan, execute, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs);

  • Develop and present the product strategy to the team and management, backed by clear reasoning;

  • Improve existing game mechanics and propose new ones based on analytics and user feedback;

  • Collaborate closely with other departments: analytics, marketing, creative, support, etc.;

  • Conduct market and competitor research, and stay on top of industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in the gaming industry or as a game designer/product analyst;

  • Participation in projects that have reached release — please include links to released projects;

  • Understanding of the specifics and trends in casual mobile games (casual, hybrid-casual, hyper-casual);

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly express your ideas;

  • Experience writing documentation, creating technical specifications, and working with cross-functional teams;

  • Well-developed analytical thinking: confident use of analytics tools and ability to draw conclusions from data;

  • A results-oriented mindset and a sense of ownership for outcomes;

  • A broad understanding of technology, game development, and business.

Conditions:

  • Competitive salary and bonus system;

  • A comfortable and supportive work environment;

  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and sick days;

  • Opportunities for professional development;

  • Fully remote work with flexible conditions.
