Your Mission:

As an Associate Manager, PC Commercial – Digital Gaming, 3P Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of some of the most iconic franchises in gaming including Call of Duty®, World of Warcraft®, Diablo®, Fallout®, and DOOM™, while also supporting new Xbox Game Studios titles like The Outer Worlds 2. You will work closely with third-party platforms such as Steam and Battle.net, helping to design and execute go-to-market strategies, secure premium merchandising, and deliver memorable digital product experiences to millions of players worldwide.

You will collaborate across Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative Services, and Finance, driving commercial plans, promotional execution, and sales insights. Success in this role means driving flawless execution of game launches, building strong digital storefront relationships, and delivering actionable insights that maximize both player engagement and commercial impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for PC titles, maximizing product release impact and lifecycle marketing beats.
  • Provide recommendations on release timing, pricing, and promotional activities while monitoring digital product performance.
  • Manage commercial relationships with digital storefronts (Steam, Battle.net), securing premium merchandising and marketing placement.
  • Collaborate with Digital Supply Chain, Submissions, and Operations teams to ensure smooth product submissions and updates.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor promotions, and merchandising opportunities to inform new strategies.
  • Build and distribute sales reports, merchandising recaps, and promotional performance insights to leadership.
  • Support the development and execution of global pricing strategy across franchises and storefronts.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in account management, go-to-market planning, or strategic analysis
  • OR Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field AND 2+ years in a marketing/business role
  • OR Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field AND 1+ years in a marketing/business role
  • OR equivalent practical experience

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proven experience developing and implementing GTM plans and reporting on KPIs
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional business analytics, project management, and strategic development skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Compensation:

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
