Responsibilities:
Contribute to core gameplay development
Works with production to assist, and provide feedback to plans and schedules
Responsibility for larger areas of game design within the project
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
Introducing feedback for general game improvement
Suggesting features or updates to solve problems and enhance player experience
Mentor and guide junior designers
Analyze user testing and recommend design solutions
Requirements:
At least of 4 years of experience as Game Designer
Credited as a designer in at least 2 commercial video game
Experience working on core gameplay
Contribute to core gameplay development
Ability to create short, concise game design documents
Understand market and gaming trends
Experience fine-tuning game balance
Excellent ability to organize and structure own work
Intermediate English (min. B2 level)
Intermediate Polish (min. B2 level)
Pluses:
Experience in Unreal Engine 5
Experience with scripting languages
Experience with UI/ UX designs
Experience with supervising a game design team
Offered salary:
11.000-16.500 zł/ month on B2B contract (appropriately adjusted in the case of an employment contract)
