Your key responsibilities:
Developing and improving meta-game systems: progression, upgrades, technology, achievements, economy;
Creating retention loops (daily and weekly tasks, battle passes, etc.);
Designing and balancing resource systems and in-game economy (currencies, rewards, upgrades, limits);
Structuring game difficulty mechanics, gradual content unveiling, and development paths;
Preparing design documentation, diagrams, and interaction flow schemes;
Analyzing game metrics and player behavior alongside analysts;
Collaborating with other game designers, programmers, artists, and UX specialists.
Our candidate should have:
At least 3 years of experience as a game designer, with a focus on metagame, progression, and system design;
Knowledge of balancing and economy in midcore/F2P projects (PvP, strategy games, shooters);
Ability to think structurally and see the system as a whole—from the starting screen to deep endgame mechanics;
Understanding of player behavioral patterns and the goals of game systems (retention, motivation, engagement);
Proficiency in documentation, diagram creation, and state-transition logic;
Experience working with analytics and using data in game design;
Self-organization, systemic thinking, and the ability to bring features to completion;
Willingness to participate in discussions, accept feedback, and refine solution.
