    Role overview:

    Below you will find some information on the role:

    • Overseeing the overall animation code base and maintaining cross-system functionality.
    • Prototyping and implementing main character animation systems.
    • Mentoring by helping out and providing feedback to other programmers.
    • Working on the edge of logic and animation and ensuring smooth cooperation between systems.
    • R&D - staying up-to-date with the latest technology and trends for animation systems.

    Job requirements:

    Feel free to apply if you have:

    • Extensive knowledge of C++.
    • Extensive knowledge of UE4 or UE5.
    • Experience working with GAS (Gameplay Ability System).
    • Experience with Unreal Engine animation systems.
    • Self-reliance when it comes to solving problems.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Knowledge of VS2022 and Perforce (P4).
    • Experience in prototyping and implementing locomotion systems.
    • Experience working on an UE-based AA/AAA title in a similar position.
    • Experience in optimizing code for consoles (PS5/XSX).
    • Profiling and optimization with UE tech (multithreading, fast path, rewind debugger).

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in Motion matching.
