Senior Animation Programmer

Below you will find some information on the role:

  • Overseeing the overall animation code base and maintaining cross-system functionality,
  • Prototyping and implementing main character animation systems,
  • Mentoring by helping out and feedbacking other programmers,
  • Working on the edge of logic and animation and making sure it’s smooth cooperation,
  • R&D – being up-to-date with the latest technology and trends when it comes to animation systems.

Job requirements

Feel free to apply if you have:

  • Extensive knowledge of C++
  • Extensive knowledge of UE4 or UE5
  • Experience working with GAS (Gameplay Ability System)
  • Experience with UE animation systems
  • Self-reliance when it comes to solving problems
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of VS2022 and P4
  • Experience in prototyping and implementing locomotion systems
  • Experience working on an UE-based AA/AAA title in a similar position
  • Experience in optimizing code for consoles (PS5/XSX)
  • Profiling and optimization with UE tech. (multithreading, fast path, rewind debuger)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Motion matching
