Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full accounting and ensure overall tax compliance for CI Games SE and its Polish subsidiary.
• Prepare annual financial statements and manage annual and half-year audits.
• Participate in the preparation of quarterly financial statements for stock exchange reporting.
• Ensure timely calculation and submission of all monthly and annual tax declarations, including CIT, VAT, VAT EU, IFT (WHT), and JPK reports.
• Supervise the preparation and submission of GUS and NBP reporting.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay informed of and ensure compliance with evolving Polish government reporting requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Chief Accountant role.
• In-depth knowledge of current Polish tax legislation, including VAT, VAT EU, WHT, CIT, and MDR.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including working with functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and a conscientious approach to responsibilities.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive communication style.
• Ability to work remotely, with a high level of self-discipline and time management.
• Good knowledge of English.

Recruitment Process:

• Talent Acquisition team reviews your application, CV, portfolio and application answers.
• Initial call with Talent Acquisition Specialist to discuss company, experience, expectations for remote work and administrative questions.
• Usually 1 or 2 interviews with the hiring team focusing on technical skills, experience and cultural fit; NDA is signed before project details are shared.
• A test may be requested on an individual basis with instructions provided if applicable.
• If successful, an offer presentation call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and future line manager to discuss the offer and onboarding steps.
