Join Us as a Game Success Manager 💼
We’re looking for someone who knows the gaming industry inside and out, excels at maintaining strong relationships, and plays a key role in fostering ongoing collaborations to support the development of new games with developers who have already created titles on Elympics.
We offer a remote work model, complemented by visits to our Warsaw office once or twice a month to maintain in-person connection.
Your responsibilities include
Maintaining Strong Relationships: Continuously engage with game developers to provide ongoing support, gather feedback, and foster a long-term partnership.
Managing Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and our company, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
Coordinating Updates and Changes: Collaborate closely with developers to plan, communicate, and implement necessary game updates, bug fixes, or new features.
Identifying Opportunities for Growth: Work together with developers to identify opportunities for game optimization, feature enhancements, or targeted marketing campaigns.
We're Looking for Someone With
Strong project management experience (Agile, Jira, Trello, etc.) and a solid understanding of the game lifecycle from production to launch.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, product) and manage relationships with developers and external partners.
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and juggle various tasks at once.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and respond proactively to partner needs.
Basic technical knowledge (e.g. backend, infrastructure, API) is a plus.
