Join Us as a Head of Game Partnerships 💼
We’re looking for someone who knows the game dev world inside and out, can bring in new partners, and help grow the number of finished games built on Elympics.
We offer a remote work model, complemented by visits to our Warsaw office once or twice a month to maintain in-person connection.
Your responsibilities include
Bring in Unity developers, publishers, and indie game studios to build games with our infrastructure.
Own the whole funnel – from outreach, to lead generation, to onboarding.
Build and execute a smart strategy to grow our network of game developers.
Travel to conferences and industry events to represent Elympics.
Run workshops, organize game jams, and build relationships with dev communities.
Work closely with our C-level team to shape the future of gaming.
We're Looking for Someone With
Experience in the gaming industry — you understand the ecosystem and have the network to prove it.
A strong background in sales, partnerships, or business development.
The ability to operate on both strategic and executional levels — we’re a startup, so being hands-on is essential.
Skills to pitch, generate leads, and convert interest into signed partnerships.
A track record of working with developers, publishers, and game communities.
Residency in Poland, with the ability to visit our Warsaw office once or twice a month.
