Responsibilities
Development of features and mechanics from the planning stage to implementation (formulating hypotheses, describing ideas, analyzing competitors, setting up mechanics, analyzing and further improving them);
Writing clear and understandable documentation for all project participants;
Collaborating with developers, artists, and designers (task formulation and setting, creating technical specifications, task acceptance);
Planning and analyzing project metrics;
Inputting and configuring game data.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience working as a game designer;
Experience in launching and operating casual F2P projects;
Good knowledge of the F2P gaming market and understanding of current gaming trends;
Understanding the specifics of the mobile market;
Ability to clearly communicate ideas to all team members;
Ability to accept and process feedback.
