Position:
Unity Lead on a cross-platform poker game with real-time multiplayer.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Unity Developer
- 2+ completed projects in a lead or senior role
- Released mobile projects in the portfolio
- Strong soft skills and excellent communication
- Strong management skills (task planning, delegation, delivery control)
- Solid estimation and planning skills
- Deep knowledge of C#
- In-depth knowledge of Unity and best practices (prefabs, asset bundles, structured scene hierarchy)
- Experience with memory and space optimization
- Strong understanding of game architecture and architectural patterns
- Experience with DI (Dependency Injection)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Russian language proficiency (written & spoken)
Nice to have:
- Experience with unit testing

Working conditions:
