As a Game Designer you will be responsible for creating complex game mechanics, blueprint systems, balancing, coming up with creative solutions to design problems, fixing bugs and improving UX.
Wymagania:

At Laki Studios we specialize in roguelite and turn-based games – in 2023 we released Oaken, and we’re now working on [codename] SAIL and HAZE.
We’re also experimenting with a prototype of a psychological adventure game called Eter, for which we’re looking for a new team member. The project blends retro-futurism with PRL-era inspirations, and is ambitious both visually and sonically – more details under NDA :)
We’re looking for someone with:
Strong independence and responsibility for delivered projects
Excellent knowledge of level design and gameplay design in adventure games
Proficiency in prototyping with Unreal Engine Blueprints
Ability to create interconnected gameplay systems
Good communication and self-discipline
Requirements:
At least one shipped adventure game
Documentation of created mechanics and Blueprints
Very good command of English
Solid knowledge of the Unreal Engine environment
