Job Description

With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games. As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Tech Feature Producer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.

Location: Warsaw / Gent
Department: Production – Production
Commitment: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Help organise, manage and follow up on technical feature groups and ensure delivery according to specs
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and clarity on objectives and timelines
  • Help translate new pipelines, workflows, features, ideas and requests into requirements and actionable production plans
  • Help setup and administrate production pipelines (Jira, reporting, …)
  • Help analyse existing solutions, new proposals and propose improvements
  • As a reality check, play the game and try the features to assess priorities, progress and quality
  • Prioritise, reprioritise, handle requests
  • Track work and progress and react accordingly
  • Unblock, solve or escalate issues, remove distractions

Requirements:

  • Experience in game development and game production
  • Game programming experience (in C++)
  • Advanced Jira experience (Admin level)
  • Adaptable and versatile in managing and following up on complex features across technical domains
  • Can remain impartial and be the voice of reason in the room
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Jira, Miro, Confluence
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to go into “finishing mode” when needed to close features
  • Ability to distill complex features into actionable, bite-sized tasks, identifying correct priorities and building clear roadmaps
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mediate between disciplines while remaining objective and solution-oriented
  • Great verbal and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts

  • Experience with multiple platforms
  • Is a gamer and loves RPGs!
  • Experience within a custom/in-house engine environment
