🎮 Do you want to improve and influence games with us? Test them before release. You can check the titles that none of your friends have ever played before — from Indie to full-fledged AAA games from well-known publishers. 🎮

Responsibilities: 

  • Planning, coordination and supervision of a game testing project; 

  • Organization and management of a testing team; 

  • Coordination, monitoring and controlling of the status and quality of tasks performed within projects or programs; 

  • Identification and reporting of risks and hazards associated with the testing process and resolution of problems; 

  • Cooperation and communication with the customer; 

  • Preparation of reports on the progress of works and resource usage as well as materials and guidelines for testing; 

  • Supervision of internal quality assurance procedures; 

  • Performing administrative tasks assigned by the Game Testing Manager. 

Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, or game quality assurance; 

  • At least 1 year of experience in team management; 

  • Higher degree related to Management or Technology; 

  • Very good knowledge of gaming industry and testing methodologies; 

  • Fluency in English; 

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills; 

  • Ability to work under time pressure; 

  • Multitasking. 

Good to have: 

  • ISTQB certification or good knowledge of software testing procedures; 

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum in Project Management.
