    YOUR MISSION:

    • Own the economy - work with the balancing team and take ownership of the game economy for live titles: monitor resource economy using analytics dashboards, identify improvements and risks, iterate on sinks and sources, and work with Product to balance monetization and retention.
    • Model and simulate economic flows to predict player behavior and identify balance issues or exploit paths before they happen.
    • Develop and implement monetization systems that support long-term revenue while enhancing player satisfaction.
    • Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and design teams to align economy design with player motivations, content cadence, and live operations strategy.
    • Create and manage A/B testing plans to validate hypotheses around progression pacing, event rewards, and pricing strategies.
    • Establish best practices and documentation for economy tracking, balance tuning, and design rationale, ensuring systems are measurable and adaptable.
    • Stay ahead of F2P trends by benchmarking against successful farming, simulation, and mid-core management titles.

    YOUR BACKSTORY:

    • Several years of experience in F2P games or working on at least one shipped title and/or a successful live title in monetization design roles.
    • Deep understanding of LiveOps dynamics, monetization strategies, in-game economies and community feedback.
    • Hands-on with tools like Google Sheets, ChatGPT or similar.
    • Resilient, detail-oriented team player with a drive to get things done.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

    • Multicultural environment with multidisciplinary experienced colleagues.
