Senior People analytics role
Playtika is looking for a highly talented People Analyst to join our HR team. As a People Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming HR and organizational data into actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and organize data from various sources, including HR systems, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant datasets.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the data collected.
- Employ statistical techniques and data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within people data.
- Develop dashboards that communicate key insights to stakeholders, including HR professionals, department heads, and executives using BI tools (Tableau).
- Present ongoing data insights to Playtika's senior management, including actionable recommendations based on company KPIs.
- Constantly monitor organizational data and provide insights in real-time to help achieve company goals.
- Build forecast models in various HR fields using statistical models and machine learning (AI).
- Work with information-systems teams to define data structure requirements and needs for HR systems.
- Collaborate with managers to implement HR analytics tools.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and problem-solving support for HR Management, HR Business Partners, OD, Recruitment, Comp & Ben, and other HR functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a People Analyst.
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail when handling significant amounts of data.
- Experience with BI/Data Visualization tools (Tableau or similar).
- Experience working with AI tools – advantage.
- Experience building predictive statistical models – advantage.
- Experience with HR systems (Oracle Fusion, Greenhouse, Docebo) – advantage.
- Expert-level SQL skills with experience in complex datasets.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Data storytelling, including visualization and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
