Your Mission:
As our Social Media & PR powerhouse, you’ll take full ownership of Reality Games’ external presence — from global campaigns to day-to-day storytelling. You’ll shape the brand voice, ignite conversations, and turn creative ideas into measurable impact.
You will:
- Lead and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond).
- Create high-performing, trend-driven content — videos, reels, posts, infographics, and stories that build engagement and loyalty.
- Elevate the brand’s public presence, managing strategic relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
- Craft and deliver PR narratives that position Reality Games as an innovator in the global gaming space.
- Track performance and drive results through KPI analysis, insights, and optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.
Job requirements:
- Strategic storyteller with 3+ years of experience in social media and PR (gaming, tech, or entertainment preferred).
- Creative leader who can translate ideas into share-worthy content and campaigns.
- Deeply connected to digital culture, social trends, and gaming communities.
- Fluent in both B2C engagement and B2B positioning.
- Skilled at building media and influencer partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Data-savvy, proactive, and obsessed with performance.
