We are looking for a talented Unity Developer to join our Product department at Reality Games. As a Unity Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences for our players. You will work closely with the team to create and develop high-quality games that push the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
Work location: On-site in a one-of-a-kind office located in a historic railway station in the heart of Kraków's old town. Work schedule: Monday through Friday. A relocation package is offered for candidates coming from outside Kraków.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to design and develop interactive gaming experiences.
- Implement game functionality according to design specifications.
- Optimize game performance for different platforms.
- Debug and fix issues to ensure smooth gameplay.
- Build innovative multiplayer big data-based games in Unity for mobile platforms in dedicated product teams.
- Participate in creating development workflows for production and maintenance of launched titles.
- Build location-aware and multiplayer-enabled game features.
- Create and maintain development tools.
- Guide junior developers and exchange knowledge with other Unity developers across titles.
- Work closely with backend engineers on client-server communication.
- Help create company-wide standards for Unity developers.
