Responsibilities
Creating amazing 3D locations to give the best player experience.
Creating intriguing storytelling within the environment.
Developing high-quality assets in collaboration with Concept Art Team, Level Designers, Quest and Story Team.
Ensuring artistic style and quality in cooperation with Art Director.
Cooperation with the tech art team to achieve the best possible visual quality of the game within the hardware and software limits.
Developing pipelines for environmental asset creation and their implementation in UE5.
Exceeding the boundaries and establishing new quality of Environment Art - seriously, that is our goal.
What we require?
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in working on AA+ games.
Good level of expertise in tools for modeling (3dsMax, Maya, Blender or equivalent) and PBR texturing and materials (Photoshop, Substance Designer/Painter Marvelous Designer, or equivalents).
Great sense of scale, proportions, and composition.
Knowledge of color theory and lighting techniques.
Excellent communication skills and a sense of ownership.
Fluent English.
Good self-motivation and self-management skills.
Where from?
From wherever you feel comfortable. We have an excellent office in Warsaw (Dereniowa street), but it’s up to you if you want to show up there.
