We are seeking a Compliance Officer to support tasks related to customer onboarding, customer risk assessments, license applications and renewals, as well as the creation and maintenance of corporate documentation.

The successful candidate will join the Compliance and Regulatory team, playing a key role in ensuring that RubyPlay’s clients’ Due Diligence status remains fully compliant across all jurisdictions where the company currently operates, helping at the same time with compliance tasks related to Licence applications and reporting procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of tasks related to Due Diligence collection for B2C, B2B clients, authorities, payment service providers both inbound and outbound.
• Execution of tasks related to the Risk Assessment of international clients.
• Preparation and collection of documents for licensing applications and ownership of all licences’ maintenance activities.
• Maintenance of all documentation and corporate/regulatory compliance database containing requirements and other regulated markets information.
• Working in collaboration with the Regulatory and Licencing Compliance Manager on required areas within the department.
• Collaboration in reporting activities to Authorities and other stakeholders.
• Helping with policies updates and procedures.
• Support the internal teams with replies to regulatory compliance queries and due diligence queries.
• Be highly involved in audit activities related to all regulatory compliance matters.
• Constantly promote a compliance culture within the organization.
• Assist with other ad-hoc compliance-related tasks when required.

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

• At least 3 years of experience in iGaming, ideally in roles related to any area within compliance including due diligence processes and licensing regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
• Technical knowledge and experience to work comfortably with systems workflows alongside other analysts and developers.
• An enthusiastic team player with strong relationship management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and open to feedback.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with an iGaming game provider.
• Good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com and Excel.
• Economics or Law degree.
• Compliance courses.
• Due Diligence training.
