We're looking for an experienced Game Producer with a strong background in analytics, monetization, and LiveOps to drive mobile game projects to commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Participate in game feature reviews and provide brief but meaningful feedback

• Continuously monitor analytics: control key metrics

• Support studios in building long-term plans and team development

• Assist in project operations

• Develop hypotheses aimed at improving the game and help in their implementation

• Conduct A/B testing and interpret results

• Analyze the market

• Help create ideas for creatives, align acquisition strategies, and other interactions with internal publishing departments

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Producer, Product Owner, or Analytics Lead

• Portfolio of released projects with MRR of $500K or more

• Deep knowledge of analytics, experience with key metrics and A/B testing

• Experience in LiveOps

• Knowledge of best practices in game monetization

• Understanding of User Acquisition principles

• Passion for mobile games and extensive gaming experience

• High-level communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback

• Multitasking abilities
