In this role, you will:
Work on a quality midcore mobile game.
Create stylized, low-poly, game-ready 3D assets—characters, environments, and props—based on your expertise and interests.
Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual appeal.
Integrate assets into Unity and ensure they work seamlessly in-game.
Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and animators to bring the game world to life.
In general, make things look pretty 🙂.
What we’re looking for:
A strong portfolio showcasing stylized, hand-painted 3D assets—characters, environments, and props.
Expertise in retopology—sculpting high-poly models and optimizing them for low-poly use.
Hand-painting texture skills.
Proficiency in Blender and Substance Painter, plus experience with Unity Engine.
6+ years of documented game development experience, with shipped games on Android/iOS.
Strong interpersonal skills—ability to give, receive, and implement feedback.
Good proficiency in spoken and written English.
Bonus points for:
Rigging, skinning, and animation experience.
Art production planning skills.
Our offer:

B2B contract only
