What is this job all about?:
As Head of Product, you’ll have the chance to shape a game from the very first idea through launch and beyond, setting the vision and guiding the team every step of the way. You’ll turn player insights and data into features that truly engage, delight, and keep players coming back. Working side by side with production, design, and marketing, you’ll make a real impact — not only on the success of your title but also on the future of TSG.
Job responsibilities:
- Support all stages of game development - from concept to launch and beyond.
- Define the product strategy, set priorities, and shape direction.
- Use data science and analytics to inform product decisions and better understand player behavior.
- Prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and oversee development in close collaboration with Producers and Project Managers.
- Drive best practices in live game operations across all live titles.
- Lead initiatives to maximize user engagement and monetization.
- Partner with production teams to align design processes with project management and resource allocation, keeping commercial goals in focus.
- Collaborate with marketing to boost engagement, player sentiment, and growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to continually refine product strategy.
- Champion user experience to ensure TSG’s games engage and delight players.
- Act as a key member of the product leadership team, contributing to the long-term success and vision of TSG’s games.
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership in mobile games.
- Proven track record of working with data to guide product decisions and improve KPI.
- Strong analytical mindset – ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and translate them into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Familiarity with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and data-driven experimentation.
- Ability to define and track core product KPIs (e.g. retention, ARPU, DAU/MAU, LTV, conversion rates).
- Ability to create and maintain a data-informed product roadmap.
- Understanding of user funnels, monetization models, and lifecycle metrics.
- Strong decision-making skills based on ROI and business impact.
- Clear and structured communication — able to explain data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Fluent English.
